How all it started
Key Estates Properties was founded in 2019 to give homeowners in Memphis, West Tennessee, and Northern Mississippi a better way to sell their house-without listings, showings, repairs, or uncertainty.
We saw a growing number of homeowners who needed speed, certainty, and flexibility when selling their property. Traditional real estate didn’t always work for situations involving inherited homes, repairs, foreclosure risk, tenant issues, or time constraints. With a background in finance, he keep things practical, numbers-focused, and straightforward. When he’s not working, Will is usually at the gym, cycling, gaming, outdoors, or watching the Grizzlies.

Born in New York but has recently taken up root in the heart of the South. His passions include making significant changes in the residential housing market as well as the commercial market. At a young age, Rashid spent a lot of time shadowing his father and learning the business. As soon as he graduated Highschool he started his career in Real Estate and has completed over 750 transactions! As the Acquisition Manager, Kelton works directly with homeowners to purchase off-market properties and help them transition smoothly into their next chapter. He’s a husband and father of two daughters and values a down-to-earth, honest approach with every client.

Mario is our Dispositions Manager at BluDoor, focused on building strong relationships and keeping deals moving smoothly from contract to close. He brings a straightforward, team-first approach to every transaction. Outside of work, Mario is a big sports fan and enjoys following just about every game.
