Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, Jayson developed a strong work ethic and deep sense of community from an early age. After graduating from Xavier University of Louisiana with a degree in Finance, he entered the world of business with both ambition and purpose.
Armed with financial insight, a passion for helping others, and a commitment to integrity, Jayson boot strapped his real estate beginnings by offering real solutions to homeowners seeking a quick and seamless way to sell their properties. He quickly recognized that many sellers were overwhelmed by the traditional market and faced costly repairs, long wait times, and complicated processes. In 2025, Key Estates Properties reached a major milestone by expanding full time property acquisition operations into Little Rock, Arkansas.
